- Order by 2PM CST for same-day processing
Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2PM CST Monday-Friday are processed same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Large or Heavy Orders
Orders exceeding 150 lbs may require freight shipping. Contact us for a custom shipping quote on bulk wire spools or large quantities.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include original invoice or order number
- Contact customer service for RMA number before shipping
