• Net terms accounts must pay invoices by the due date to maintain good standing

5. Orders and Shipping

• Accept delivery at the specified address
• Pay all applicable shipping and handling fees
• Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours

6. Returns and Refunds
